Child Safety Standards

Confessions Wall is operated by C401 Studios and is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in every form.

Zero-tolerance standards

Users must not create, upload, request, promote, distribute or link to content that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking of children, sexualisation of minors, or attempts to facilitate any such conduct. Content involving minors is prohibited throughout the service.

Reporting and enforcement

Every confession has an in-app report control. Reports enter a restricted moderation queue. We may immediately hide or remove content, preserve information needed for an investigation, suspend or terminate accounts, and prevent repeat abuse. Users may also report child-safety concerns to hello@c401studios.com.

CSAM response and legal compliance

When we become aware of suspected CSAM or child exploitation, we take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. This may include removing the content, restricting the responsible account, preserving relevant evidence, and reporting to the appropriate regional or national authority where required.

C401 Studios maintains a designated contact able to address Confessions Wall child-safety practices and compliance. Contact hello@c401studios.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority.
